THREE-YEAR-OLD William Hardy Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. William Hardy Sr., 846 S. Capitol ave., was Killed yesterday afternoon when he ran in the path of a streetcar in the 900 black of Virginia ave. He had been visiting his grandmother, Mrs. Louis Hurt, 931 Hosbrook st. The streetcar, a north-bound Illinois, was operated by Theodore Habeney, 2870 N. Illinois st. Besides the parents and grandmother, he is survived by a sister, Lois, 18 months old.
