The annual Indiana observance of Lincom’s birthday anniversary will be-held at 3:p. m. Sunday at'the Indianh World War Memorial, sponsored by the conservation department, and the Indiana commandery of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion. Dr, Stewart W. McClelland, president of the Lincoln Memorial university, Harrogate, Tenn. and a leading authority on the life of Lincoln, will speak on ° “Abraham Lincoln's People.” Governor Gates also will speak and will present a memorial wreath
