Pedigo was a nose gunner on a B-24 in Europe. He. received the distinguished flying cross, the purple heart with three oak leaf clusters and the air i medal, He was Sgt. Pedigo overseas six months. = Sgt. Pedigo is the son of Mrs. Mary E. Myers of the 8, State st. address. His wife, Helen, and son, John Lloyd, have been living in Denver.

GASOLINE—Stamp A-13 good ior | 4 gallons, expires today. A-14| coupons become good tomorrow for 4 | gallons each and are valid through March 21, 1945. B4 and C4, BS and C5 good for 5 gallons; T (4th quarter) good for 5 gallons through Dec. 31, El and E2 géod for 1 gallon; R-1 and R2 are good for 5 gallons but are not valid at filling stations. ) Persons buying used cars should make sure that the seller has surrendered his gasoline coupons to the ration board. TIRES—Commercial vehicle tire inspection every six months or every 5000 miles. B card holders are now eligible for grade 1 tires if they can prove extreme necessity. All A holders are eligible for grade 3 tires, if they find tires which may be purchased. FUEL OIL—Period 4 and 5 coupons valid through Aug. 31, 1845.
