Russell J. Ryan to Form Organization for 1945 Campagin.

Russell J. Ryan has bgen appointed chairman of the Indfanapolls| Red Cross war’ fund drive. Announcement of the appoint- | ment was made today by Walter I. Longsworth, local chairman. A former judge of the Marion county superior court, Mr. Ryan recently has been associated with the war production board.
