Milk to drink: Three o. for each child, 2 o. for each adult. Three red points for % Ib. sharp cheese (in baked limas). a 8» Jambolaya: Three-fourths c, uncooked rice, 2 gts. boiling water, 1 thsp. salt, 3 thbsps. bacon drippings, 1 clove garlic, 2 green peppers, 1 onion, 1 Ib. ground beef, 1 No. 2 can tomatoes, % tsp. paprika, % tsp. chill powder, % tsp, Worcestershire sauce, 1% tsps. salt, %_ tsp. black pepper, 1 small -bayleaf, 1 tsp. dried parsley, Wash rice thoroughly and turn slowly into boiling, salted water. Allow to boil 15 mins, drain and rinse with hot water. Steam to dry and separate the kernels. Place pacon drippings in Dutch oven or heavy skillet and saute garlic for 5 mins. Remove garlic clove and discard. Saute peppers and onions until soft. Push to one side of pan and brown meat. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer
