In his last letter, dated Nov. 19, Lt. Remy told Mr. and Mrs. Remy he had been assigned to the front with Gen. Patton's 3d army. He said he was to command. a platoon in the famed "Yankee division.” Transferred six months ago from an anti-aircraft battery to the infantry, Lt. Remy had been overseas several months and in France for six weeks, His wife, Mrs. Mary Alice Remy, formerly of Milford, Ind. is vjsit-| ing in Oakland, Cal. Before his | departure for the army they lived at 5620 Broadway, Inducted into the army in Janu-| ary, 1943, Lt.
