Jeweler Is Victim of Heart Attack While Visiting Friend.
Christian Science services for August (Gus) Meister, jeweler, will be conducted at 2 p. m, tomorrow in the Herrmann Funeral home, 2151 N. Meridian st. Burial will be in Crown Hill, Mr. Meister, who was died Wednesday of a heart tac while visiting a friend south of Intanapolis, He lived at 1506 N. Gale st. A jeweler for 40 years, he had his store in the Indiana Trust building at the time of his death. Previously it was at 568 Massachusetts ave, He was a member of the Watchmakers' association, Evergreen lodge, 713, F. & A. M,, TishsI-Mingo tribe, 210, Improved Order of Red Men, and Cointhian chapter, 456, O. E. 8.

REV, P. B. TURNER
The Rev. P. B. Turner, former| pastor of the North 8ide Church of God, died yesterday in San Diego, Cal.,, where he had held a pastorate since 1941. He was 61. During his pastorate in Indianapolis from 1922 to 1941, the Rev. Mr. Turner erected a building for the North Side church at 30th and Annette sts. He served at Logansport before coming to Indianapolis. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Emma Schwertz_ Turner, whom he married shortly before leaving Indianapolis; two sons, Walter, 2034 Northwestern ave, and Glen, Fountaintown; a daughter, Mrs, Edith M. Spellman, who is with her husband, Maj. Leonard Spellman, at Ft. McClellan, Ala; a brother, Earl of Kokomo; two sisters, Mrs, Sadie Cranfill of Summitville and Mrs. Myrtle Hull of Clarksburg, W. Va., and 10 grand‘children.
MRS. GEORGIA THOMPSON Mrs. Georgia Kennedy Thompson, a former Indianapolis resident, died yesterday in her home in Washington, D. C., where she had lived the last 35 years. She was 86, Before going to Washington she was an active member of the Aftermath and Magazirie clubs in Indi‘anapolis and women’s organizations of the Central Avenue Methodist church. Her husband was law editor of the Bobbs-Merrill Co. Survivors besides her husband are a sister, Mrs. Charles M. Fillmore, 1914 Commerce ave. a brother, Fred W. Kennedy of Shelbyville; a daughter, Mrs. J. E. Voll, and a son, George Dixon Thompson, both of Washington.

Mrs. Nellle C. Huddleston, wife of the Rev. Leroy Huddleston, retired Methodist minister, died yes- “ terday in her home, 1806 Ingram st. Bhe was 66. She was born in Dublin, Greene county, and had lived in Indianapolis 18 years. Her husband held pastorates in the Northern Indiana conference several years and was fleld secretary for the Anti-Saloon _ league from 1925 to 1038. He also was supply pastor of the Clermont Methodist church, Survivors besides the Rev. Mr. Huddleston are two daughters, Mrs. Lillian McCoy of Indianapolis and Mrs. Lavon Neff of Detroit, Mich.; a son, Hubert of Houston, Tex., and 11 grandchildren.

James T. Doyle, retired fire department lieutenant, died last night in the home of his sister, Mrs. Mary Murphy, 537 Woodlawn ave. He was 68, Born in Indianapolis, Mr. Doyle joined the fire department April 3, 1809, and was assigned to engine company 4. On Jan. 2, 1035, he was promoted to lieutenant at station 19 and in 1937 was transferred to pumper company 26. He resigned in 1039. Mr, Doyle, who lived with his sister, was a member of 8t. Patrick's Catholic church. Survivors, besides Mrs, Murphy, are another sister, Mrs. Margaret Hannahan of Springfield, O., and two brothers, Thomas J. and John F., both of Indianapolis. Services will be held at 8:30 a. m. Monday in the J. C. Wilson Supe} of the chimes and Bt 9 . m. in St. Patrick's church. Burial wil be in Holy Cross cemetery.

Thomas Matthew O'Brien died yesterday at City hospital following a long illness. A native of Indianapolis, Mr. O'Brien resided at 754 Somerset st. He was 72.
