Services for Dr. William B. Karstetter, 84, who died Saturday in the home of Mrs. Irene E. Burton, 2729 College ave. will be. held at 11 a. m. tomorrow in the Clyde V. Montgomery mortuary and burial will be in Crown Hill, A retired physician, who prac ticed 55 years in North Indianapolis, hé had lived at the home of Mrs. Burton since the death of his wife, Carrie L., in 1942, A graduate of New York Medical college, he came to Indianapolis in 1885 and practiced until his retirement in 1940, He was a member of the Home Presbyterian church, of which he was trustee several years. A son, William S., Springfield, Ill, is the only immediate survivor,’

William A. Mackey, 855% Buchanan st, retired fraternal organizer, died yesterday in City hospital. Member of Marion Camp No. 38558, Modern Woodmen of America, and lodge No. 17, Loyal Order of Moose, he was 67. The Rev. Ernest A. Piepenbrok, pastor of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church, will conduct services at 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Wald furieral home, 17th and Illinois sts. Burial will be in Crown Hill. Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Cereldia D.; two sons, Herman E, and Clarence A., all of Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs, Margaret McClintock, San Antonio, Tex.; two grandsons, Herman E. Jr., stationed at Casper, Wyo., and Paul R., with the army medical corps in Wales, and one great grandson, Herman E. III, Indianapolis.
