A double-ring ceremony this afternoon in the home of Mr, and Mrs. Gordon Potter, 3102 Graceland ave. united their daughter, Phyllis, and R. Dale Martin, radioman 3-c, U. 8. N. R. The Rev, O. W Haynes of New Albany read the vows at 2:30 o'clock A reception in the Potter home followed the wedding. Mr. Martin
is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester
M, Martin of New Albany. The bride wore a pink crepe gown with brown accessories and she carried a.bouquet of white roses. Miss Peggy Potter, the bride's sister, was her only attendant. She chose a light blue crepe frock, brown accessories and pink roses. Mr. Martin was his son's best man. After the reception the couple left for a wedding trip and will be at home at 2310 Beeler st., New Albany.

The Public’ Health Nursing-asso-ciation has announced the receipt of $700, from former patients and friends of the late Miss Marie Anna Schulz, to establish seven anniversary days-in her memory, Miss Schulz, who came to this country from her native Germany to study nursing, was president of the Methodist Hospital Alumnae association in 1938. She was for many years a director in the Altrusa club and also served as its president. She also was active in the League of Women Voters and the Meridian Street Methodist church, The association also has announced the completion of an anniversary day in memory of Emmett Hall and one in memory of Mrs. Lee Burns. A second fund has been started for Mrs. Burns in the expectation that it will reach $100, the amount necessary for an anniversary day.
