Appointment of commissioned officers of the Technical high school R. O. T. C. unit has been announced by Sgt. E. L. Stringfield, instructor, Col. Henry P. Russe has been named commander of the unit, with Lt. Col. Donald S, Woerner as his assistant. William B. Hoover and William T. Quillen have been advanced to the rank of major, Sommanding two _ battalions. . Cadets now holding the rank of captains are Richard Armstrong, Raymond P. Brown, Richard Braun, Edgar Featheringill, Robert Forbes, James Seward, Robert Windsor and Charles Zieglar., First lieutenants’ are Howard H.
