Electronic Laboratories to Sell 150,000 Shares of Common.

Public offering was made yesterday of 150,000 shares of common

Proceeds from the sale of 100,000 shares will add $400,000 to the company’s working capital, that amount representing the net after expenses and discounts to the underwriters. Proceeds from the sale of ye remaining 50,000 shares will go to Norman R. Kevers, president, and| William W. Garstang, vice presi-

000 for the 27,000 shares of the 108,000 he owned, while Mr. Garstang will receive $92,000 for the 23,000 of the 88,000 shares he owned, not including the 4000 owned with his wife. Increases Credit The offering was made through Brailsford & Co., and Shillinglaw,

O|Crowder & Co, Inc, of Chicago,

and associates. The company, which owns one plant at 122 W. New York st., and leases two others, manufactures lighting equipment and radio communica. tions equipment. It had $131,186 net profit in 1941 on sales of $1,334,496; $74,190 profit on sales of $2,701,090 in 1942; $181,609 profit on sales of $7,268,487 in 1943; and $74,366 net profit on sales of $2,460,461 in the first five months of this year. The sale will increase the credit available under the company’s “Vv” loan agreement with the American National Bank & Trust Co, of cago and the Indiana National bank of Indianapolis from $1,000,000 to $1,500.000. There will be 100,000 more shares of the $1 par value common stock authorized but unissued.
