NO CLUES FOUND IN DETROIT KIDNAPING
DETROIT, Oct. 4 (U. P.).—Police said today there were no new clues in the kidnaping of four-months old Robert King, believed taken from his crib Saturday night by a newly-hired nursemaid who gave her name as Helen Rosman’ and her age as 18. The child's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence King, were near collapse as they awaited word of the baby, who had been suffering from colic and needed a special formula. Officers said they were checking every lead, but so far were unable definitely to establish identity of the girl, after a check of records at schools, ration boards and the public library failed to reveal such a person as “Helen Rosman.”
