Anniversary of Signing “U. S. Document. Commemorating the 157th anni-
stitution, Indianapolis schools will place emphasis on constitutional study and will stage special programs for a week starting tomorrow. Highlight of the observance will be an Indianapolis public schools’ program on the Constitution, to be broadcast at 2:45 a. m. tomorrow over station WISH.
