Services for Fred W. Rassmann, former real estate man here, will be tomorrow in Altamonte Springs, Fla., where he made his home. Mr. Rassmann, who was 62, died yesterday. He retired from the presidency of Emil C. Rassmann Inc, which he had held for more than 20 years, in July 1943, because of ill health ana moved to Florida. He had formerly practiced law but then became associated with his father in the real estate and insurance fleld, assuming he presidency when his father died n 1921. Born in Indianapolis Mr. Rass-
