Laymen and women of the Heath Memorial Methodist church will launch a campaign to increase

tendance, at a dinner for 50 work-

hall. At the dinner, served by the youth fellowship, the workers will formulate their plans to visit the community, over a period of a week. Persons of all ages from prospective cradle roll members to grandparents will be invited to come to the rally day services Sept. 24. Linwood Church

The Rev. Ronald L. Secrist, ~ Butler school of religion graduate and minister with 16 years’ service in Hoosier pulpits, will preach his first sermon as new pastor of the Linwood Christian church tomorrow at 10:45 p. m. The Rev. Mr. Secrist comes from Mitchell, where he was minister for seven years. He has represented the Disciples’ of Christ of southwestern Indiana at his brother hood conferences where he assist ed in the department of Christian education. He and Mrs. Secrist have a daughter, Ronna Jeanne, 9.
