“+ THE 13TH ANNUAL CHARITY horse show, to be held Saturday and Sunday by the Ft. Wayne Horse Show association, will benefit the navy emergency relief fund. The event will be staged at Covington Manor, the country estate of Mr. and Mrs. John Berghofl at Ft. Waynee. ’ " & Mrs. Berghoff is chairman of the show which will include hunter and jumper events, gaited classes and horsemanship classes for the junior riders. Walter Burke, Libertyville, Ill, will judge the saddle classes; George M. ‘Bailey of Cincinnati will judge hunters and jumpers, and Mrs. Margaret ‘Feore, Indianapolis, will rank the horsemanship classes. : The Indianapolis entries in the hunter and jumper classes will be those of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Stokely and Miss Sally Stokely; Mr. and Mrs, W, E. Kuhn, Mesdames William E, Munk, Ronald Woodard, Donald Glascoff and Harry H. Thomas and Miss Mary Ellen Willis. * In connection with the show, the Indiana Saddle Horse associa=Tion will hold its 1944 futurity with Mrs, Alex Metzger as chairman.
