THE GENERAL CHAIRMAN OF THE INDIANAPOLIS SYMPHONY orchestra’s Sept. 15 to Oct. 1 season ticket campaign, Mrs. T. Victor Keene, announces a partial list of volunteer personnel to promote the orchestra’s 1944-45 subscription concert series. This is'the eighth year for the series under the di-
