In another skillet pan-broil 4 slices bacon until as crisp as desired; drain and place on hot platter. Add well-drained = cooked poodles to bacon fat, turn carefully over and over to coat all noodles with fat without breaking them up, and cook over moderate heat, without further stiringy for about 7 minutes or until delicately brown. Tum and brown on other side. Serve hot, surrounded with liver and bacon.
