Isaac 8. Matkin, retired dry goods store owner and resident of Indianapolis for more than half a cen« tury, died last night at his home, 12¢ N. Bosart ave. Born at Greencastle, Mr. Matkin owned and operated a store at 707 Shelby st. For over 30 years after coming here he was an employee of
