Tabernacle Church Will Be the Scene ‘Of Baker-Varin Ceremony Tonight
MISS CAROLYN ANN VARIN will become the bride of Lt. Col. B. L. Baker, Mitchel field, N. Y., in a ceremony at 8:80 o'clock tonight in the Tabernacle Prastyterian church. Dr. Roy Ewing Vale will read the vows before’ an altar banked with palms, seven-branch and single candelabra and white Howers. Miss Varin is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Varin of Indianapolis and the bridegroom is ‘the son of Mrs, B. L. Baker, Lexington, Ky. The bride will wear an ivory faille gown made with scalloped neckline and bracelet-length sleeves. The full skirt, gathered onto a fitted basque, extends into a short train. Her fingertip vell of ivory fllusion is attached to a double band of seed pearls. She will carry a bouquet of white gladioll, roses, orchids and stephanotis tied with ivory streamers. i
