TIRES—Inspection on passenger automobiles discontinued. Commercial vehicle tire inspection every six months or every 5000 miles. Inspec tion certificates still will be a requisite in obtaining replacement tires. B card holders are now eligible for grade 1 tires if they can prove extreme necessity. All A holders are eligible for grade 3 tires, including factory seconds, if they find tires which may be purchased. -
