Hearing on the motion to quash the case was continued to July 18 in order to hear more witnesses, Police said their chances of getting ‘a conviction in the case were almost ruined: several weeks ago when Judge Mark W. Rhoads, of Juvenile court, ordered released from jail a 17-year-old youth who was the main witness against the club officials. . The wearch warrant was based upon testimony of the youth that he lost $300 gambling at the place.
