feed supplies, are culling out many hens they'd ordinarily keep. The next three months will see a flood .of these hens on the market. Farmers are also cutting Jom next year's chickens by around

He said that the new. receiving building should contain quarters for nurses, offices for the record clerk, a dental and X-ray room and social rooms for patients as well as an auditorium with a seating capacity of 150 tq}200 for lectures to medical students and nurses. } The superintendent said that the (appropriation made by the '43 legislature. for the construction of a new dining room and kitchen for the men's department had-not been used because no priorities could be obtained for construction. He said, too, that two additional cottages for men, with beds to accommodate 160 patients, were needed,
