Harder hit are the young fellows—particularly the 18-year-olds. They have not yet made a secure place for themselves. They do not, for the most part, have important jobs. They do not have such strong ties and responsibilities at home. They are, because they have still to establish them selves, much more sensitive to what people think of them, They want to be respected by other men and admired by their girl friends.
