2 EDINBURG MEN FINED BY NIBLACK
Two Edinburg men arrested when] the truck they were driving was involved in an accident last night, were penalized by Judge John L. Niblack in municipal court 4 today. Police said that Carl Hubbard, 30, was driving the truck when it collided with an automobile at Madison ave. and Raymond st., and that his partner, Clarence J. Wood, drove the truck away from the scene. | Hubbard was fined $25 and costs on the charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, his driver's license was suspended for 90 days, and judgment was withheld on the charges of drunkenness and failure to stop after an accident. Wood was sentenced to 10 days in jall and fined $25 and costs for operating under the influence of liquor and his driver's license was suspended for 90 days.
