Gry Country Club Dances Are Highlights Of the Social Scene This Week-End

at 5% ¥

COUNTRY CLUB DANCES claim the spotlight in the social scene this week-end. Pre-Memorial day dances have been planned for tonight at the Woodstock club, Highland Golf and Country club and the Hillcrest club. The Indianapolis Country club will celebrate Memorial day with a dance Monday night and holiday activities at the Meridian Hills Country club Tuesday will include a golf tournament for both men and women and a buffet,

supper for club members and their guests. Among those who have made reservations for tonight's dance at Woodstock are Messrs, and Mesdames Alexander Thompson, Hubert Hickam, William A. Garstsig, John Pearson, Ralph Lockwood, Julius Birge, William Amstead Jr, and Roy V. Adams. Mr. and Mrs. David P. Williams Jr. will entertain before the dance for Mrs. Williams’ sister, Mrs. Talbott Griswold, and Mr, Griswold of Chicago. Mrs, Thomas Ruckelshaus, Palm Beach, Fla, also will be among their guests.
