Algonquin Riding Club Announces Plans for 20th Anniversary Celebration
COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN FOR THE ALGONQUIN : riding club's 20th anniversary horse show, to be held at the club Sunday afternoon, May-21, have been announced by E. A. Crane, general chairman. They are A. B. Teeguarden will serve as ring stewards and Verne K. Reeder, the club president, will be the announcer. The ring secretaries will be Mrs. Marie M. Bowen and Mrs. J. J. Ronayne, : The program, beginning at 1 p. m., will include 11 classes: threegaited, working hunters, junior horsemanship, five-gaited open, novice hunters, pleasure horse and horsemanship, hunters and jumpers, three-gaited pair, hunter and jumper pair, three-gaited championship and five-gaited championship.
Park School Field Day May 13
THE ANNUAL FIELD DAY CELEBRATION at Park school has been set for May 13. The event is sponsored by the Park School Mothers #ssociation of which Mrs. William Griffith is the president. Mothers who will assist with the arrangements for a picnic buffet luncheon are Mesdames Cleon Nafe, Albert Rabb, R. B. Moore, A. W. Herrington, Alex Taggart, Harold West, R. Kirby Whyte and G. F. Holler. After the luncheon there will be a baseball game between the Park school and Culver Military academy teams,
