Reports Postal Rate Violations

INDIANAPOLIS citizens by the hundreds have violated the new

regulation increasing the withincountry air mail levy, Adolph Seidensticker, postmaster, said today. Effective now, air mail costs 8 cents within the continental United States instead of the former rate of 6 cents. Mr. Séidensticker said that most persons had complied with the new 3-cent levy on city mail Understamped letters and packages bearing return addresses will be sent back, but those with no return addresses will be forwarded

Jones, English teacher at Washington high school; D. C. Park and Evelyn Kietsing, head of the English department and English teacher respectively at Technical high school; Marguerite Orndorff, English instructor at school 76, and Norms Blue Plummer, first grade teacher at school 22. Increased facilities for vocational training for unwed mothers and methods of caring for their children were recommended to delegates of the Indianapolis Council of Social Agencies yesterday at a meeting in the Y. M. C. A.
