GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 21, 1944 An ordinance authorizing and directing he revision, codification and blication f all existing ordinances of the City of ndianapolis, Indiana, and Prodi for he employment of lawyers to prepare he same and appropriating the sum of 8ix Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($6,300.00) from the estimated, anticipated and unappropriated balance of and in the general fund of the City of Indianapolis for the year 1944 to Fund 13—Other Compensations under 1—Services Personal in the office of City Clerk, which fund is hereby created and set up in sald office of City Clerk, to defray the expense thereof. Sald- public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber at the City Hall on the above named date, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p. m. at which time all taxpayers may appear and be hear on the question of the necessity for said additional appropriations. The additional appropriations as anally made will be aviomaticaily referred the Indiana Tax Board, 231 State iy Indianapolis, Indiana, hE board will hold a further hearing within 15 days at its office, or at such © place as may be designated. At such hearing, taxpayers objecting to any such additional appropriations may be heard. Interested taxpayers may inquire of the Indiana Tax Board as to when and where such hearing will be held. FRA
