COLORADO GOVERNOR
Governor John C. Vivian of Colorado will speak at the Rotary club luncheon next Tuesday at the Claypool Hotel. “Government and Enterprise” will be his subject. The governor will make a special trip here for the address and club officials are asking each member to bring several guests to assure a capacity attendance. The address is to be broadcast by WISH, Governor Vivian, a marine veteran of the last war and a former department commander of the American Legion, has been in office since January, 1943. He previously was lieutenant governor and held several city and county posts,
