HOLLYWOOD, March 15 (U. P.). —One of Charlie Chaplin's battery of attorneys today said he would go to the state supreme court if he had to, to get a dismissal of Joan Barry's paternity suit against the British comedian. The state district court of appeals was pondering arguments of Wright and Charles E. Millikan for a writ ordering dismissal. They contended Superior Judge Stanley A. Mosk should recognize a stipulation previously given by the comedian’s former protege that she would drop the suit if a blood test exonerated Chaplin, The test showed Chaplin could not possibly have been the father of 5-months-old Carol Ann Barry,
