Burial will be in Dr. Chappell, who had practiced medicine 40 years, died yesterday in Robert W. ‘Long hospital. He was 64. ‘ He was consulting otolaryngologist for the Indiana State School for the Deaf and one of the organizers and president for seven years nf the Indianapolis League for the Hard of Hearing. For the last 12 years he was on the board of trustees of ‘the school for the deaf.
