Services for Mrs. Bessie Wagner, a life-long resident of the South side, will be at 2 p. m. tomorrow in the Tolin funeral home, 1308 Prospect st., with burial in Crown Hill. Mrs. Wagner, who was 76, died yesterday in the home of her son, Weldon G. Wagner, 1319 Wade st. Besides the son, survivors are another son, Charles J.
