TAX LIEN SOUGHT ON PELLEY PROPERTY
A lien seeking to collect unpaid federal income taxes amounting to $466 has been filed in federal court here against William Dudley Pelley, former Noblesville leader of the silver shirts and publisher; who is serving a prison term for criminal sedition. The lien, filed by Will H. Smith, internal revenue collector, seeks to attach Pelley’'s properties to secure collection of the back taxes alleged due for 1038 and 1939 income. Pelley was convicted here more than a year ago for alleged seditious utterances in his fascist-type monthly publication, The Gallilean,
