Mr. Tebay, who lived at 4026 E. 63d st, died Priday in a nursing home here after an illness of several

He was active in the Church Federation of Indianapolis and the Boy Scout council and was a member of Ancient Landmark lodge, F. & A. M, and the Scottish Rite.
