LOS ANGELES, Sept. 2 (U. P)._ =The Rev. Joe Jeffers’ congregation ‘which doesn't feel it should foot the bill for Mrs, Jeffers’ alimony payments, today asked the superior court to get back its $2716 voluntary contribution which Mrs, Jeffers has attached. The flock said it collected the $2716 for; the Kingdom Temple church and not for Pastor Jeffers. Mrs, Jeffers, divorced wife of the dapper young preacher, | attached the church fund. She claimed no one but her husband has a financial interest in Kingdom Temple, Inc. ; Mrs. Jeffers was awarded -$40 & week alimony and .$1000 for attorney fees when granted her divorce Aug. 6. She complained, however, that her ex-husband paid only $25 alimony and petitioned that the Kingdom's funds be attached and her Altmony be ‘paid out of it,
