Two or three years ago he sold a frog farm — a place with lowland and plenty of water, which realtors never dreamed of selling —to a prospect in Bartholomew county. At one time a customer wanted to put out 20 acres of turnips, but Mr. Case talked him out of the

money-making business. “A larger number of people are realizing the soundness of farm land as an investment,” he said, in commenting upon present farm land sales. “They also realize that they can receive a good percentage on their money from a welloperated farm.” A member of the Indianapolis Real Estate board for the last two years, Mr. Case is now chairman of the farm committee of the board. He belongs to the Exchange club, the National Institute of Real Estate Brokers, the Masonic lodge, the Scottish Rite and the Shrine. He’s a native of Putnam county and was graduated from the Pur-
