Lynne B. Summers, widely known for many years in men’s apparel merchandising, died yesterday in Methodist hospital after a serious illness of two weeks. He was 52. He formerly had his own store, the Store Correct, in the Guaranty building, but left the men’s apparel field to become factory

of Nappanee. He had been associated with that firm for eight years, Born in Eminence, Mr. Summers came to Indianapolis 43 years ago. He first was employed by the old Schloss Brothers store, later becoming affiliated with L. Strauss & Co. He served with that firm 17 years. He later was connected with the Tower Establishment, a store operated by Strauss. for several years in the Circle Tower. He was a member of the Lions club. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ida N. Summers; a son, Lt. Lynne N. Summers, a bomber pilot stationed at Gowen field, Boise, Ida.: a daughter, Miss Patricia Ann Summers; four brothers, Harry G. and J. William Summers, both of Indianapolis; R. B. Summers of Buffalo, N. Y., and R. P. Summers of Cleveland, O., and two sisters, Mrs. Harry Dellinger of Indianapolis and Mrs. O. C. Thompson of Mooresville.

Mrs. McClintock, a native of Mount Erie, Ill, died yesterday in her home after an illness of several months. She was 69. She came here about 26 years ago from Mount Carmel, Ill, and was a member ‘of the Central Christian church and Queen Esther chapter, O. E., S. - Survivors are her husband, Frank S. McClintock; three daughters, Mrs. Iva Walter of Indianapolis, Mrs. Ethel Gillespie of Johnson City, Ill, and Mrs. Gladys Pabst of Los Angeles, Cal, and a sister, Mrs. Frank Faulkner of Centralia, Ill.

Mrs. Ellison died Tuesday at her home. She was 63. A native of Kentucky, she came to Indianapolis nine years ago from Bloomington. She was a member of the North Side Church of Christ.
