WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 (U. P).— Farm organizations heads who conferred for two hours with War Food Administrator Marvin Jones said today that the 1944 farm program is “just beginning to take shape.” Jones hopes to have the program ready for submission to congress when it returns Sept. 14.
