THE BUILDING out at Tech high school, known to pupils and alumni simply as “the Main” was renamed Treadwell Hall in a dedication program vesterday. + . name honors Lt. Col Thomas J. For the average citizen, buying his peanuts at retail, the revisions will mean this: Roasted peanuts, exempted from price control at the retail trade level because they are only a fraction of the peanut trade and because of the difficulties of adequate control of small stands, may cost more. Salted peanuts will show no appreciable change. In Indiana, peanut butter will cost approximately the same. A
