Cancel Alumni Dance
Cancellation of the annual alumni dance at Washington high school was announced today by Hershel Sartor, alumni association president. The decision was made by officers and members of the advisory committee in view of the fact that “wartime conditions” would interfere with attendance. The officers include Miss Virginia Buchanan, vice president, and Dean Berry, secretary-treasurer.
