Indianapolis letter carriers bent under heavier loads today. They began distributing application blanks for ration book No. 3 and ecards informing residents of distric numbers to which mail should be addressed to them. Those blanks and cards will go to some 140,000 homes in Indianapolis. The carriers will have until June] 8 to complete the ration book de-| livery, but Adolph Seidensticker, postmaster, believes that the loads may be staggered so that the job may be completed within 10 days.
