LAFAYETTE, Ind, May 13 (U. P.).—A war manpower commission administration covering war activity in the 13-county Lafayette-Logans-port area was set up by Regional WMC Director William H. Spencer of Chicago yesterday. Spencer said the area organization will be administered by Gayle Fads, special WMC representative who will have offices in Lafayette. Spencer also appointed a man-agement-labor committee to work with Eads in carrying out Washington and regional manpower poli-|¢c cies. Serving on the committee for management will be Ray G. Wood of the Lafayette plant of Aluminum Co. of America; Ralph Dashner of the RBM Manufacturing Co. at Logansport; Harry Williams, owner of the Hausske-Harlan Manufacturing Co, Peru, and Edwin J.
