Messengers Qualify

‘Twenty-nine defense messengers, the second group to receive certificates at Washington high school this semester, were awarded certificates yesterday. 'H. K. Harding, chief messenger of zone 3¥ has instructed the boys in first aid. Fire and gas defense were taught by James Elzey of the fire ‘department, and Capt. Louis Roeckel.
