Junior Civic Play Set THE JUNIOR CIVIC THEATER has scheduled a performance of “The Garden Circus” for Saturday at 2:30 p. m. and Sunday at 3 p. m. The play will be directed by Miss Nellie McCaslin of Tudor hall assisted by Mrs. Helen Hutchman. Mrs. George Fotheringham and Mrs, Harry C. Karcher will be in charge of the properties. The speakers’ seminar, sponsored by the public relations committee of the Indianapolis and Marion county Girl Scouts, was to hear George Saas speak today. The meeting was to begin at 10 a. m. in the Girl Scout office. Mr. Saas, who is public relations director of the Citizens Gas & Coke utility, was to talk on “Speaking Up for Girl Scouting.” Mrs. Henry F.
