Melt 4 c. far. Blend in 4 c. flour. Add 1 ¢. tongue stock, 1 can tomoto soup, 1 can water. Cook, stirring until thick. Add 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, salt, small whole carrots, raw potato balls, diced
celery. Cook Y2 hour. Place sauce with whole boiled beef tongue in baking pan. Cover. Bake in hot oven (400° F.) | hour. Slice tongue. Serve with sauce, vege: tables and tasty toast points.
