Indiana Saddle Horse Association Ki Committees for Year
P. 0. FERREL, president. of the Indiana Saddle Horse association, has announced his committees for the year. The association is planning two shows this spring,
an English and a Western.

After their wedding trip, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Sheldon Wildman will be at home at 2838 Central ave. They were married yesterday at 3:30 p. m. in the Centenary Christian church with the Rev. David McNelly officiating. The bride was Miss Peggy Louise Karsner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Estill E. Karsner, 3214 E, 13th st. Mr. Wildman is the son of Mrs. Nellie Wildman, 895 Middle dr., Woodruff Place. The double ring ceremony was read in a setting of palms, ferns and candelabra. A juliet cap of matching flowers completed her costume, The bridesmaids, Miss Ruth Alice Katzenberger and Miss Anne Henry, wore identical gowns of aqua chiffon. They carried briarcliff roses matching their juliet caps.

‘Brenda. Arlene Conner, flower girl, wore pink chiffon and carried a basket of rose petals. George Van Spreckelson Jr, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer. The bridegroom’s attendants were Dudley Cole, best man, and John Fitzgerald, the bride’s cousin; George Van Spreckelsen, her brother-in-law, and Richard Straw, ushers. Mrs. Karsner wore a black dress and red accessories. Mrs. Wildman, mother of the bridegroom, had a navy blue dress. They both had corsages of red roses. Girl Scouts Open Penny Collection
The Indianapolis and Marion county Girl Scout troops were to take part today in the world-wide observance of the birthdays of Lord and Ndy Baden Powell, the chief scout and chief guide of the world scout and girl guide organizations. The anniversary is called “International Thinking day.” The scouts were to open their annual collection of pennies for the Juliette Low fund, established in September; 1927, as the Friendship Penny fund. The final donation day will be March 12, the 3lst birthday of the Girl Scouts. The fund has been used for financial aid to China, Finland, Poland, France, Sweden and Great Britain and to support the national Girl Scout camp. Last year scouts here raised more than $100 and they expect to top that figure this year.
