INGLY AT FIRST, then in ever larger groups, wes o Saltsaprlis Works, Indianapolis Sales Branch and nearby company-owned retail stores of International Harvester Company have left to enter the military service of their country. Today 743 men and women from this works and Sales branches

are serving in the Armed Fores.

They have left their benches, their desks and their diaciiines to answer the call of duty, which is the supreme obligation of our American Citizenship. Many tributes to their loyalty, their competence, their heroism have reached: us from their comrades and commanding officers in the miliary services—and each such expression has made us proud.
