TOPEKA, Kas., Dec. 22 (U. P.), — Commando. Everett = Oglesby doesn’t need to worry any more about his parole reports. Governor Payne H. Ratner of Kansas today anonunced he had gotten a card, mailed by Oglesby from a German prison camp, pointing out he no longer was in a position to make required parole réports. Ratner said Oglesby had been granfed a citizenship pardon. Oglesby was captured in the ® Dieppe raid. He was paroled from the state prison In’ 1939 on a burglary charge.
