Lambs Holiday’ to be Presented At Christmas Frolic Tonight

THE PROGRAM FOR THE LAMBS CLUB FROLIC tonight at the Columbia club will include several song and dance numbers by the cast under the direction of Mrs, William G. Sparks, The opening selection will be ~ “Manhattan Serenade,” played by Mes. Sparks at the piano. : : Robert D. Robinson will Sing “Hallelujah,” followed by Mrs. Irving M. Fauvre singing “Serenade in Blue.” Rube Bloom’s- “Blues” will .be the .accompaniment for a dance by Mrs. Louisé Schilling. “The Sleigh” will be sung by Mrs. J. Hérry Green, and Mr. Robinson’ will sing “Daybreak” from Ferde Grofe’s Grand Canyon suite. A trio composed of Mesdames Henry E. Tqgld, John K. Ruckelshaus and Green will sing “Can’t Get Out of This" Mood,” and a

finale by the entire cast will conclude the show. The “ladies an gentlemen of the ensemble” will be Mesdames

Russian Exhibit Opens at Museum :

AN EXHIBITION of modern Russian paintings will open to the public at 1 p. m. tomorrow in John Herron Art museum. The show will remain through Jan, 17. The exhibit is the Christian Brinton ‘collection, assembled by Mr. Brinton and presented to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which has placed the work on circuit following its ‘sifowing there. Robert O. Parks, museum assistant, will give a gallery talk on the exhibition at 3 o'clock tomorrow. Much of the work is of the cubist school, and a large proportion of the paintings were made ‘as stage designs for the Russian theater. ~ - Represented are the well-known artists, Nicholas K. Roerich, Natalya Goncharova, Sergey Sudeykin, Mikhail ‘Larionov, Marc Chagall and David Burliuk, the last two now living in New York. Aleksandr Archipenko, whose modernistic sculpture was shown at v- several years ago, also is represented. .- The paintings are extremely colorful and are uniforraly framed dn a bright orange hue. Sunnyside Guild Books Party At Hospital

A band of strolling entertainers will provide the Christmas program for patients at the Marion County

Tuberculosis hospital Monday evening under “the sponsorship of : the Sunnyside guild. Miss Sib Simpson, accordionist; Miss Thelma Helkema, | violinist, and Klekko, a juggling clown, will visit each room and ward and will give a show in the recreation hall. Refreshments will be served and trays sent to all bed patients. The guild will place! lighted Christmas trees in the wards and will decorate the halls ‘and entrances to the sanatorium. Mrs. Wayne O. Stone has charge of gifts for patients without| families. Mrs. L. C. Burnett and Mrs. Maxwell C. Lang are co-chairmen of the Christmas party, assisted by Mesdames A. C. Zaring, William T.
